ORDERS & RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY: We process and ship items 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. If, for some reason, you want to cancel an order, call us at immediately or during business hours the next day. While we usually process and ship orders the next day, we will do our best to catch the cancelled order prior to shipping. 800-318-3380
REFUND POLICY: We offer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. We accept returns of all unaltered items.

- Valid returns must be in saleable condition
- We do not pay return shipping. All returns must be shipped with the postage/freight PREPAID by the customer.
- For a refund to be issued, a copy of the packing slip included with the return provides us with all of the information we need for reimbursement. The refund will be issued after the return has been accepted into our warehouse and checked-in.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY: Please be assured that your items will ship out within two-three business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship within the U.S.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All orders received through our site will get an automatic email with tracking information after the order has been processed. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Certain areas offer Saturday delivery. If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 800-318-3380 for charges.
Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS: Shipping cost is charged at the time of check-out, according to the weight and dimensions of item(s) ordered. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
SALES TAX: We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders where we have a tax status. Out of state orders will be charged sales tax according to each state’s individual tax laws. In state orders will be charged 4% sales tax.
If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.
SAMPLES: If you need a sample, contact us directly and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The products found on this website may be warranted by their respective manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use. There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturers’ warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products. The manufacturers have provided all statistical information found on this website. These statistics are reproduced solely for the Buyer’s information and convenience. CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDERS
Confirming purchase orders is not necessary. If you must mail a confirming purchase order, please clearly mark it “confirming” in order to avoid duplication.
CREDIT TERMS
Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Open account is available to qualified customers. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa credit cards.
